Elizabeth R. Brown, Sc.D.

Dr. Elizabeth R. Brown is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington and an Assistant Member at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Dr. Brown has been involved with clinical trials in HIV/AIDS research since 2002. In addition, she applied her methodologic research from both her master's thesis and her dissertation to data collected from HIV/AIDS clinical trials. Dr. Brown is an author on six peer-reviewed articles in the area of HIV/AIDS and related statistical methodology. Dr. Brown is currently the lead statistician on a trial to prevent perinatal mother-to-child transmission of HIV (HIVNET 024) and has contributed to HIVNET 012.
